Disgraceful trades people

It is no wonder that some employers shake there head at the quality of trades people we present at times. i had a friend complain to me how his chef even though was a great guy was totally incompetant. i found it hard to accept so i went to see this guy in action. oh my god words cannot describe the situation i uncovered. i am appaled that this person was trained at a leading college but through sheer laziness had fallen by the wayside and did not realise the depth of the problem enough to  worry himself. Basic tasks as making a soup, writing and wording a bistro menu, cooking a burger and making a muffin had left him. I feel for those employers that have these people in there establishments, i did not think it possible in this day and age!
